About the workshop

These 90 minutes interactive workshop is based on evidence from our Third Expert Report on Diet, Nutrition, Physical Activity and Cancer. It turns cancer risk research into practical, patient-centered guidance for healthcare professionals to pass on to their communities.

The session covers key cancer risk factors including diet, physical activity, body weight and alcohol. It also presents all 10 WCRF programs. Recommendations for cancer prevention.

Participants build trust by discussing cancer prevention with patients and clients. The workshop explores common barriers and applies behavior change techniques to support healthier habits.
